Luke studied the culinary arts and received his degree from the Forest Park branch of Culinary Institute of America. He has 15 years in the industry.
The LaChef name was first introduced in 1981. In 2016, LaChef was purchased by Jennifer Prost Gierhart, a St. Louis native with over 12 years’ experience in the private catering industry. Jennifer holds a degree in Hospitality restaurant Management from Missouri State University.
